Opening its doors in December of 2004, The Renaissance Shoppe was the brainchild of two women, Joanne Hughes and Michelle Holton. Their concept was a relatively new idea to the Lake Sunapee area and has since seen tremendous success. The concept of this shop is to receive donations from the community that in turn are resold with all proceeds going to benefit the Lake Sunapee Region Visiting Nurse Association. Upon reaching its first year anniversary date, the Renaissance Shoppe realized sales in excess of $80,000… all going to the VNA. |
